By creating an account or using Monse, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Monse is a private workspace for managing thoughts, tasks, and personal material. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Subscriptions

Monse offers Free and Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Prices may change in the future. If they do, existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

Data and Content

All content you enter into Monse belongs to you.

We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us only the limited rights required to store, process, and display your content in order to provide the Service.

Availability

We aim to keep Monse reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noles Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Monse at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
